EJ joined PRP in 2024 and is responsible for growing the net lease platform. He has over 10 years experience in various real estate sectors encompassing leadership, acquisitions, and asset management oversight. 

Prior to joining PRP, EJ was Chief Investment Office of a publicly traded net lease REIT where he was responsible for overseeing the firm's acquisition and asset management activities. He previously held positions with Prudential Global Investment Management and United Bankshares.

EJ received a BS in Business Administration and Political Science from Washington & Lee University. He resides in Virginia with his wife.
