Corey joined PRP in 2025 and is responsible for the asset management activities of the firm's office and multifamily portfolio.

Prior to joining PRP, Corey worked in Asset Management and Investments for Southern Management Companies. He oversaw the performance and strategic direction of their residential portfolio, focusing on value enhancement and operational efficiency. Prior to Southern Management, Corey worked as an Analyst for DRB Homes.

Corey received his BS in Finance from the University of Delaware and holds a MBA from Georgetown University, McDonough School of Business.
