Allison Ditty joined PRP in January 2025 as the team's Property Accountant. She is responsible for preparing timely and accurate reports on all the firm's real estate investments.

Prior to PRP, Allison spent five years at Paradigm Companies as a Finance Associate, where she developed robust experience in project accounting and financial risk mitigation. During her tenure, she managed the accounting and risk aspects of 25 construction projects—10 renovations/conversions and 15 ground-up developments. Allison also oversaw annual insurance renewals for the company's entire portfolio, the majority of which consisted of 15 high-rise, Class A multifamily assets throughout the DC-metro area, while demonstrating versatility across multiple operational functions.

Allison holds a double major in Business Finance and Corporate Communications from Lycoming College. Outside the office, she enjoys marathon canoeing, snowboarding, and exploring new camping destinations with her dog.
