The two signature RPM concepts will open at D.C.’s Market Square in partnership with PRP Real Assets

Chicago-based Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants will partner with PRP Real Assets to expand its Washington, D.C. footprint with the forthcoming opening of RPM Steak and RPM Events in downtown D.C.’s iconic Market Square. The two concepts from Lettuce Entertain You partners R.J., Jerrod and Molly Melman and Giuliana and Bill Rancic, will open in 2027 at 701 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, growing Lettuce’s regional portfolio to seven locations in D.C.-Maryland-Virginia, joining RPM Italian, Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak, & Stone Crab, Mon Ami Gabi - Bethesda, Summer House - North Bethesda and Wildfire - Tysons.
