Amazon St Peters is an AMZL Last Mile delivery station. It is completed in 2021. Sitting on 36.44 acres of land, this 142,670-SF facility features 32 feet of clear height, 380 car parking spots and 694 van parking spots, and 15 docks with front load configuration. The Amazon “last-mile” delivery station serves as the final step in Amazon’s logistics network. This facility serves as the receiving point for Amazon packages and final delivery. This means packages will come from a sort center, via line haul (trucks) and will arrive in the night in order to off load. Packages will then be sorted into routes and staged to vans for delivery throughout the day to private residences and commercial addresses in the area. Deliveries will be made from around 6 AM and commence every half hour until about 9 PM. The delivery vans will be around the size of a sprinter van. Packages spend very little time at these facilities and these facilities are equipped with unique van doors to quickly load delivery vans. The Property is located in the City of St Peters and is 30 miles west of St Louis CBD. This project has a NNN lease with limited landlord capex exposure.
