The property is located in the heart of Perimeter Center, Atlanta’s largest office market, which is forecasted to add 35,000 new jobs and to garner the largest population in the region by 2025. In this position, the property is proximate to local demand drivers and has excellent access to major vehicular arteries and thoroughfares. PRP will add value through a $3.66MM full renovation of the property while implementing strategic operating expense reductions. Through our renovation program, PRP will exploit the $300 per unit per month rent gap between in-place property rents and market rents for comparable Class-A properties.
